What is a Nurse Home Visit Like?

A personal nurse guides first-time parents through pregnancy and early childhood. During a nurse visit, parents can ask questions and receive support for mom and baby.

Eligibility Criteria:

First-time, pregnant moms

Before 28 weeks of pregnancy

Resident of Travis or Williamson County

Under 185th Federal Poverty Level (qualify for WIC/Medicaid)

Any Baby Can provides first-time mothers and their family with a personal Registered Nurse to bring answers, guidance and confidence to this transitional stage in life. Each visit starts with a check-in and health screenings for both mom and baby. Parents ask questions, receive health support, and achieve personal and family goals.
