Child Development
Any Baby Can’s child development services ensure children reach their full potential by providing in-home therapies, as well as coaching for parents and caregivers.
Pediatric Therapies for Kids Under Age 3
Early Childhood Intervention (ECI)
The best time to improve a child’s ability to grow and learn is before the age of three. If your child was born with a delay, medical diagnosis, or you just feel like something is “off,” you may qualify for affordable, in-home services to help with your child’s development.
Any Baby Can offers early intervention services including occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, specialized skills training and medical case management. Parents are involved during visits, building their confidence and ability to work with the child. The family also gets help with things like insurance, doctors, school and other needs.
In-Home Parent Support Network
Parents as Teachers (formerly Healthy and Fair Start)
Many milestones happen during a child’s first five years of life: first tooth, first steps, first words, first day of school. These are important years that shape a child’s future.
Any Baby Can empowers parents to better understand and connect with their kids. Visits with a Certified Parent Educator encourage bonding and attachment, prepare kids for school, and connect families to resources in the community and to each other.
Guidance for First-Time Moms
Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP)
Becoming a parent is a big deal. Our trusted, specialized nurses help parents through it all.
Any Baby Can provides first-time mothers and their family with a personal Registered Nurse to bring answers, guidance and confidence to this transitional stage in life. Each visit starts with a check-in and health screenings for both mom and baby. Parents ask questions, receive health support, and achieve personal and family goals.

Did you know?
1 in 6 U.S. children aged 2–8 years (17.4%) had a diagnosed mental, behavioral, or developmental disorder. In 2022, 85.5% of the 65,584 children eligible for ECI services in Texas had developmental delays--this is an increase of 9% over 2021.
Support for women and children early on reduces family stress, long-term physical and mental health problems, time away from work, and financial costs to the family and health care systems.
