What is Medical Case Management?
After a medical diagnosis, parents can feel overwhelmed by their child's unique needs. Any Baby Can helps you coordinate healthcare and school services, respite, and community resources.
Eligibility Criteria
Child must have a a special healthcare need, such as a chronic illness, autism, physical disability, hearing loss, developmental delay, mental health diagnosis, or cancer.
Child's age is 0-20 years.
Child lives in Travis, Williamson, Hays, Bastrop, Caldwell, Burnet or Bell County.
Comprehensive Advocacy and Resources for Empowerment (CARE)
Life-changing events, like a child’s new medical diagnosis, can cause financial and emotional distress for a family.
Parents get connected to appropriate insurance coverage, school resources, support groups and more. Together, we create an effective advocacy team to support the entire family to take on the challenges ahead.
