Each year, one Any Baby Can employee is honored with the Ruth Wells Award, recognizing his or her commitment to service, passion for our work and clients, and dedication to our mission. The award is named after Ruth Wells, a Family Education Instructor who has been with Any Baby Can for more than 30 years.

Our most recent winner boasts an illustrious 19-year career at Any Baby Can. Congratulations to Cynthia Quiñones! Cynthia’s passion for children and their families is ingrained in her livelihood, as she has dedicated her career to Early Childhood Intervention services.

Before joining the Any Baby Can team, Cynthia worked in Puerto Rico, filling various roles such as Transition Coordinator with the Department of Education, where she helped kids who were permanently removed from their homes transition to foster homes and schools.

During her tenure with Any Baby Can, Cynthia has demonstrated not only her interest in helping children with developmental delays and their families, but her ability to take on challenges and apply her leadership skills to several positions. Because of her dedication, responsibility and knowledge in serving children and their families, Cynthia has earned the respect, trust and admiration of her peers.

She is always full of enthusiasm and is committed to Any Baby Can’s clients, mission and staff. You can always count on her for a bigger-than-life smile and can-do attitude. Anyone who has met Cynthia will remember her!
